A comfortable two-room flat on the ground floor, recently built and renovated in 2025 using eco-friendly materials, tastefully furnished, situated in a well served area right in the center of Pozzallo, a stone’s throw from the town park and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The flat is ideal for couples and families with children and comprises a spacious living room / kitchen /dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living room features a double sofa bed. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby (there is a cot in the bedroom) and is cosy and comfortable, tastefully furnished with simple yet fully functional furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided. All the appliances - fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, hot/cold air conditioning in both bedrooms - are brand new and of excellent quality. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat. The living room features a smart TV connected to the WiFi network. The windows and doors provide sound insulation from any outside noise, even though the flat is situated on a very quiet street, away from city traffic. All essential amenities are nearby, including a supermarket, café, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy, post office, banks, restaurants and pubs. Guests can take advantage of discounts on breakfasts, meals and other services and experiences at select businesses in the town and throughout the province. The flat is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the intercity bus stop. The flat complies with current safety regulations (fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors).
