A comfortable two-room flat on the ground floor, with a separate external entrance. Recently built and renovated in 2025 using eco-friendly materials, it is tastefully furnished and situated in a very convenient and well-connected area, right in the centre of Pozzallo, a stone’s throw from the town park and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The flat is cosy and comfortable, ideal for couples and families with children. It can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby and comprises:

​• A spacious open-plan area comprising a living room, kitchen and dining area, with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning

• 1 double bedroom, with a cot and hot/cold air conditioning

• A fully equipped bathroom with a shower

Facilities and Amenities:

​The accommodation is tastefully finished with simple yet fully functional furnishings, featuring recently purchased, high-quality fittings: a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave and hob; a washing machine and tumble dryer; and unlimited WiFi throughout. Bed linen and towels are always provided. The accommodation is situated on a small street, isolated from traffic and noise, and the state-of-the-art windows and doors provide insulation from any external sounds, ensuring maximum peace and quiet. The spaces are adorned with paintings showcasing a collection of original artwork dedicated to the most iconic architecture of the cities in the Val di Noto, an artistic project curated by Paolo, the host (click here to find out). The apartment complies with all current safety regulations (fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors).

Hospitality:

On arrival, you’ll find a Welcome Kit designed to make you feel right at home and save you a trip to the supermarket: fresh water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and coffee. In addition, Paolo is delighted to present you with a small gift of local specialities (which varies depending on the time of year and the length of your stay) and, thanks to his hospitality scheme, you’ll have the chance to enjoy exclusive discounts on breakfasts, meals and other experiences at selected venues in Pozzallo and the surrounding villages. On request, Paolo will also be happy to offer you a lift by car from your arrival station to the flat.

Location:

The property is situated right in the town centre, and the neighbourhood offers all the amenities you might need: a supermarket, cafés, a newsagent, a tobacconist, a chemist, a post office, banks, restaurants, pubs and all kinds of shops. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The property is also about a 10-minute walk from the train station and the intercity bus stop, making it ideal for those travelling without a car.

Pets:​

Your four-legged friends are welcome (up to a maximum of 2). You must declare their presence at the time of booking, as there is a small supplement for their stay. For hygiene reasons, the only restriction is that they are not allowed on beds or sofas; if your pet has this habit, please bring protective sheets with you.
